What are push notifications?

A notification that will be sent to your mobile device and stored in your Notification Center on an iOS device or your Notification Drawer on an Android.

What type of information will I receive?

Push notifications will alert you about ShopJewelryHQ promotions and special events.

How do I sign up for push notifications?

When opening the ShopJewelryHQ app, you will see an "allow/don't allow" message on your device. Select "allow." You can also go to your settings and turn on notifications for the ShopJewelryHQ app.

How do I opt out of mobile notifications?

iOS devices: To opt out of notifications go to Settings, select Notifications Center, select ShopJewelryHQ Application. This will bring you to the notification page. Find the Show in Notification Center on/off slider below Alerts and switch to no color. You can also control on/off for badges and sound on this page.

Android devices: Go to Settings, Application Manager, select ShopJewelryHQ App, and deselect notifications. Or opt out when you download the ShopJewelryHQ app from the Play Store, and open it for the first time.

^*If you are not able to opt out in your settings, please uninstall your current ShopJewelryHQ app and reinstall from the Play Store.

How to add a widget: Select the Apps icon, in the app menu select widgets and scroll through until you see the ShopJewelryHQ widget, After you select the widget you can place it on any home screen with available room:

iPad

How to add a widget: First open your menu drawer. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click edit. Clicking edit will bring you to the widget page. From here you can add the ShopJewelryHQ widget by clicking on the green plus icon:

How to remove a widget:To remove the widget open your menu drawer. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click edit. Clicking edit will bring you to the widget page. From here you can remove the ShopJewelryHQ widget by clicking on the red minus sign and clicking remove.
